    Id bought an antique jewellery box not realising it had no key. Locked my bling in and myself out. The staff took the lock on as a new challenge and successfully opened the box despite being a mechanism they had not been familiar with. Nevermind that I locked it again immediately after. Thanks guys. Five Stars

    Have used this company a few times over the years and they are fantastic. Very professional, quick and helpful. Importantly, they don't try and upsell but find the most economic solution. Highly recommend them and a shout out to Eric who was a delight!

    Our rear door lock has been failing. Eric of Amalgamated Locksmiths on Smith Street, Collingwood, came the same day that I phone, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it, quite thoroughly and courteously.     Today I received excellent customer service from David and the team at Amalgamated Locksmiths in Collingwood. I had spoken with David on the phone last week and he was patient while I spent time explaning my problem, and informative about my how they could help. Today was exceptionally accommodating and patient again (even though I arrived right on clising time). His attitude is one of 'can do' not at all 'too hard' or you're asking too much'. This sort of attention, and willingness to work with someone on their challege, is exceptional, and despite there being a locksmith in my own neighbourhood (who was completely closed to the possibility of something out of the ordinary) I will definitely be using, and also highly recommending, Amalgamated in Collingwood for any future locksmith needs. Big thanks!

    Fixed my old car key same-day, and even when he could have made a duplicate of the old, worn key, he instead went the extra distance and properly made a good-as-knew replacement. Even included the diagram on a piece of paper for if I need to make another at any point. Fantastic service all up, can recommend

    I contacted a few locksmith companies, and this team was by far the most approachable. The admin staff answered all my questions clearly, explained my options without any judgement, and were transparent and fair with pricing. The technician on the day was friendly, professional, and communicated everything thoroughly while working efficiently. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish.     Locked myself out on a Friday night. I've heard so many horror stories of dodgy emergency locksmiths, I was really dreading the experience. Thankfully these guys are legit. Quote over the phone was accurate, he came when he said he would, was friendly and professional. Couldn't have asked for better service.

    I had a pesky little nuisance need today. There was nothing in it for the locksmith but he was very pleasant and helpful. I came away with a solution. I won’t hesitate to call on Amalgamated when I next need a locksmith. If you’re in the area I suggest you do the same.

    Amalgamated Locksmiths is the best 24 hour locksmith Melbourne has to offer. I was locked out of my home at 2 AM, and their team responded in minutes. Friendly, efficient, and very reasonably priced for emergency service. They got me inside quickly and checked that everything was secure.     Eric the locksmith who came to our apartment and replaced a patio door lock was very professional and respectful. The job was quite difficult but he worked through the problems and completed the task. Would recommend Amalgamated Locksmiths.
