Id bought an antique jewellery box not realising it had no key. Locked my bling in and myself out. The staff took the lock on as a new challenge and successfully opened the box despite being a mechanism they had not been familiar with. Nevermind that I locked it again immediately after. Great service

Today I received excellent customer service from David and the team at Amalgamated Locksmiths in Collingwood. I had spoken with David on the phone last week and he was patient while I spent time explaning my problem, and informative about my how they could help. Today was exceptionally accommodating and patient again (even though I arrived right on clising time). His attitude is one of 'can do' not at all 'too hard' or you're asking too much'. This sort of attention, and willingness to work with someone on their challege, is exceptional, and despite there being a locksmith in my own neighbourhood (who was completely closed to the possibility of something out of the ordinary) I will definitely be using, and also highly recommending, Amalgamated in Collingwood for any future locksmith needs. Fixed my old car key same-day, and even when he could have made a duplicate of the old, worn key, he instead went the extra distance and properly made a good-as-knew replacement. Even included the diagram on a piece of paper for if I need to make another at any point. Fantastic service all up, can recommend
